Position overview

Your job is to create qualified demos.

You’ll prospect and start conversations with decision-makers, qualify fit, and book demos for the closing team. You won’t be left guessing - messaging, targets, and feedback loops are part of the process.

What you own

  • Identify and research target companies and decision-makers
  • Outbound outreach via cold call, email, LinkedIn, and social channels
  • Educate prospects on AI-powered sales coaching with clear, practical language
  • Qualify fit and book demos for the closing team or founders
  • Maintain clean pipeline notes and follow up consistently

Qualified Meeting Commission

SDRs receive commission for qualified meetings that are successfully scheduled with decision-makers.

Closed Deal Participation

If an opportunity you sourced becomes a client, you earn an additional commission tied to that account.
