This role is built for closers who can get in front of sales leadership, run clean discovery, negotiate within guardrails, and drive accounts from initial agreement to long-term usage growth.

Enterprise Representatives are responsible for identifying, closing, and expanding enterprise accounts that rely on high-volume sales calls.

Prospect enterprise opportunities Identify organizations with high call volume sales teams that could benefit from Kolby AI.
Run discovery with decision-makers Speak with executives, sales leaders, and operations managers to understand their call performance challenges.
Present Kolby AI Demonstrate how real-time AI coaching improves conversations, objections, and conversion rates.
Negotiate and close agreements Work within established pricing ranges to structure enterprise agreements.
Onboard new clients Support implementation and help ensure teams begin using Kolby successfully.
Expand active accounts Maintain strong relationships and grow client usage over time.

Relevant experience
  • Proven background in B2B sales or enterprise software sales
  • Experience presenting solutions to executives and sales leadership
  • Comfortable negotiating pricing and closing enterprise agreements
  • Experience selling into call centers, sales teams, or outbound organizations is a plus

Kolby AI operates on a usage-based pricing model. Enterprise representatives earn commissions based on the net revenue generated from the accounts they close.

Client Pricing

Enterprise clients typically pay between $0.11 and $0.25 per minute depending on scale and deployment.

Cost of Goods (COGS)

Platform infrastructure and AI processing costs typically range between $0.03 and $0.08 per minute.

Your Commission Base

Commissions are calculated using the margin between the client price and the underlying cost.

Net Revenue = Client Price − Cost of Goods Enterprise commissions are calculated as a percentage of this net revenue.
