Kolby AI Affiliate Program Terms & Payout Policy

Welcome to the Kolby AI Affiliate Program. These Terms and Payout Policies govern your participation in the program and define how commissions, tracking, and payments are handled. By registering as an affiliate, you agree to all terms below.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must maintain an active Rewardful affiliate account.
- You must have a valid PayPal account for payouts.
- Kolby AI may accept or reject affiliate applications at its sole discretion.
2. Referral Tracking
Tracking is managed through Rewardful using your unique referral link. Only transactions tracked and verified through Rewardful qualify for commissions. Kolby AI is not responsible for untracked referrals due to browser restrictions, ad blockers, or incorrect links.
3. Commission Structure
- Affiliates earn 30% of net revenue after transaction fees and discounts for 12 months.
- Rates may vary for promotional or enterprise deals and will be communicated in writing.
- Self-referrals or internal company purchases are not eligible.
4. Payout Policy
4.1 Schedule
Payouts are processed monthly between the 15th and 25th for commissions earned in the previous billing period.
4.2 Method
All payments are made via PayPal to the address listed on your affiliate profile. Ensure your PayPal account is active and capable of receiving funds.
4.3 Minimum Threshold
Payments require a minimum balance of $50 USD. Balances under $50 will roll over to the next period.
4.4 Refunds & Chargebacks
Commissions tied to refunded or disputed transactions will be deducted from future payouts.
4.5 Taxes
Affiliates are independent contractors and are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on earnings. Kolby AI does not withhold or remit taxes on your behalf.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Using false or deceptive marketing claims.
- Running ads on “Kolby AI” branded search terms.
- Sending unsolicited spam or cold messages.
- Impersonating Kolby AI or its staff.
- Promoting hate speech, violence, or illegal activity.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, unpaid but valid commissions will be paid in the next cycle. Fraudulent or ineligible sales will be voided.
7. Limitation of Liability
Kolby AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of income or data resulting from participation in this program.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA. Any disputes will be handled in state or federal courts located in California.
