Real-time AI on live calls uses paid models and telephony. To keep service fast and sustainable, the Individual plan has a $15 one-time activation and $99.99/mo subscription. Enterprise is billed by metered minutes.

How does per-minute pricing work for Enterprise?

Usage is billed at $0.19 per minute across your connected call traffic. Invoices are consolidated monthly in arrears. You’ll see total minutes, effective rate, and taxes on one bill.

What’s the Enterprise setup?

Company-only billing with a $199 company setup, 5-seat minimum, unlimited metered usage, team dashboards, SSO, and EIN + ACH autopay. Ideal for call centers and multi-rep teams.

What exactly does Kolby do on calls?

Kolby listens to sales calls in real time, suggests the next best words, surfaces competitor & product insights, and scores performance. After the call, you get coaching notes and a shareable scorecard.

Which calls are supported?

Inbound live-transfer calls are best. Kolby works with incoming calls only today and pairs perfectly with high-intent lead flows (e.g., SmartFinancial). Outbound guidance is on our roadmap.

Who owns the recordings and data?

You do. Customers retain ownership of their call data and outputs. We anonymize and secure data to improve guidance quality while respecting your policies and contracts.
