Your Kolby dashboard gives you a snapshot of everything - your activity, profile, and products. It’s where you’ll start every day to check your status, review recent calls, and see where you can improve.what’s waiting in your pipeline.
Go Live With Confidence
This is where Kolby shines. Incoming calls are displayed here. Kolby listens, transcribes, and assists in real time. You’ll see prompts, objection handling, and reminders pop up automatically to keep your conversations sharp and compliant.
Start Calls Like a Pro
Use the outbound section to launch your own calls. Select your industry template, confirm the client's number, and hit Start Call. Kolby will call you first. "Answer it." He will then call the customer for you. When the client answers, you and kolby are both listening. It's a seamless process that tracks and scores every call.
Learn From Every Conversation
After each call, Kolby generates a full summary with transcription, sentiment, and performance scores. Review your best lines, see what worked, and find patterns that help you close more deals with less effort.

Your settings tab is where you manage Kolby. Account information, your Kolby phone number, usage and billing, and default templates.
How to activate Kolby on phone calls
Your unique Kolby number powers inbound calls. Use it like a free business#)
When you sign up, each user is assigned a unique Kolby number (find it in Settings). Share your new business number with prospects or forward your main line to it. When someone dials that number, Kolby activates your phone and joins the call to listen, transcribe, and assist.
- Locate your Kolby number in Settings (e.g.,
725-777-7777). - Give this number to anyone you want to close who might try to reach you, or route your office/personal line to it.
- When it’s dialed, Kolby calls your phone; answer to connect. The caller is bridged in, and Kolby is live.
Place calls from the Outbound tab
To call a lead or customer, use the Outbound Call tab in the agent portal. Kolby first rings your phone. After you answer, Kolby dials the customer and joins the conversation. When they pick up, Kolby lights up on your desktop because he’s now listening.
- Go to Outbound Call in the portal.
- Enter the customer’s phone number (and select a call template if shown).
- Click Start Call. Kolby calls your phone; answer.
- Kolby then calls the customer. Once they answer, real-time coaching and transcription begin.
